# Access Documents

Documents are where all your reports live by default. For example, if you’ve created a report for a wall R-value calculation, you’ll find it stored in Documents.

## **View all Documents across all Projects**

Click 'Projects' in the top left menu. Then, from the navigation menu on the left, select 'Documents'. This will show you every report created at the team level.

## **View all Documents for a Specific Project**

Find and click on the Project you’re interested in. Once inside, use the left-hand menu to click 'Documents'. This view shows only the reports saved under that particular project.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.betterbuilding.io/user-guide/settings/account-management/access-documents.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
