Is Better Building a vendor-neutral service?

100%. While we support and work with trusted suppliers with proven product testing, we do not show any bias towards one supplier or product over another. We take out data integrity seriously. If you find a product you believe should not be on Better Building, please get in touch!

Why are some suppliers not on Better Building?

We encourage suppliers to add their products to the Better Building database through a structured review process. This includes an audit of the key data required to support our calculations and ensure consistency across the platform.

While many suppliers are represented, not all are included—some may choose not to participate due to the associated cost or a preference not to share product data. In other cases, suppliers may have been unable to complete the audit process and have either not been added or have been removed from the platform.

We take data integrity seriously. If you come across a product on Better Building that you believe doesn’t belong or appears incorrect, please let us know—we’re here to ensure the quality and accuracy of our information.
