# Custom angled windows or facade features

Custom angled windows and facade features refer to complex architectural elements that go beyond standard rectangular shapes. This includes unique angles, curved glass, or non-planar surfaces that cannot be modeled using the platform's basic geometry tools.

To model custom angled windows or facade features, you must import the 3D geometry from external software, such as Rhino or SketchUp. Within these products, export the file as [gbXML](/user-guide/3d-building.md) and use our import feature to bring the geometry into the platform.
