• Understanding Flow Structures: Delve into the hierarchical system of main flows and nested sub-flows, a fundamental concept for organising complex project elements effectively.

• Project Initialisation & Types: Learn the essential inputs for creating new project flows, including names, codes, locations, dates, and assigning project managers. The course distinguishes between automatically generated 'One-off Project Flows' – tied to specific project creations – and 'Independent Project Flows,' which offer greater flexibility to manage any process, often operating independently of the main platform. You'll also explore the structuring of 'Multi-stage Project Flows,' where project phases become sub-flows with their own further subdivisions.

• Detailed Workflow Management: Master the process of adding sub-flows, assigning key roles such as 'doers' and 'reviewers,' and explicitly linking designs directly to their corresponding workflows for seamless project oversight.

• Progress Tracking and Review: Gain insight into how the system automatically tracks the duration of time spent on design work within sub-flows, enabling the ascertainment and accumulation of effort over time. Understand the typical progression of work statuses, from 'In Progress' to 'Submitted for Review,' and the flexible options available to reviewers, including approval, returning work for revisions, or placing tasks on hold.
